Of Iranian weekends and national holidays during summer:)
- Mt Damavand camps, shelters/refuges and huts are very crawded.
- Haraz Road is the only access road to the mountain, usually there is a big traffic jams on this road.
The peak crowd in climbing season is during the school vacations which last from around 20 June to 23 Sep. The peak of the peak is about 6 August. So consider these days in your itinerary to avoide any kind of problem or unconvinced situation, these days are not suitable for Mt Damavand tour or any kind of travel to Iran.
